Martin has received global recognition as a strategist and mergers & acquisitions expert. In 2023, he founded Anchor Advisory, with a vision to assist small and mid-sized companies in building, refining and executing their unique growth strategies.

As the head of corporate development at CoStar Group, Martin led the mergers & acquisitions process for over 25 acquisitions, with a combined transaction value of over $10B. His efforts were instrumental in doubling the company's market capitalization from $15B to over $30B in five years. Under his leadership, CoStar's strategic acquisitions significantly broadened the company's global footprint within multiple commercial & residential markets.

Martin also contributed to Visa, Inc.'s global strategy, establishing a Strategic Partnerships division that forged critical alliances with tech giants, dramatically increasing Visa's market presence and payment volume. Martin further shaped his skills in commercial sales and partnerships, financial analysis, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic planning across several roles within Visa, Inc., Deloitte, and as an independent consultant.
